With 17 years in the industry, Laura leads McGlynn Insurance Advocates with a clear goal: to make insurance clearer, more accessible, and tailored to real life. She combines expertise with a people-first mindset, helping individuals, families, and businesses feel informed, protected, and supported, whether it’s reviewing coverage, navigating a claim, or planning for the future.
Known for her education-driven approach and hands-on advocacy, Laura believes the best insurance experiences come from real conversations and honest guidance. Outside the office, she loves spending time outdoors: diving, hiking, and walking the coastline. She also volunteers and advocates for local small businesses. Her commitment to service is woven into every part of the agency.

Larry brings a rare combination of technical knowledge, leadership, and a sense of humor that makes even complex coverage questions approachable (yes, even “Am I covered if an avocado plant attacks my home in a snowstorm?”). As a co-founder of ISNE, Larry has helped shape a client-first model that blends personalized service with access to the full insurance market, ensuring clients get both attention and options.
Larry’s a third-generation leader in this family-run agency that understands the value of long-term relationships. Outside the insurance world, Larry is a respected spaceflight historian, certified appraiser, and published author.
